No Refund Policy
At Computech Computer Education Center, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training. Please review our No Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds
- All fees paid are non-refundable. Once the course fees, registration fees, or any related payments are made, they will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- This policy applies to all courses, workshops, seminars, and other educational programs offered by Computech Computer Education Center.
2. Course Cancellation by the Center
- In the unlikely event that Computech Computer Education Center cancels a course, students will be offered the option to either transfer to another course of equal value or receive a full credit voucher that can be applied to future courses.
3. Student Withdrawal
- If a student chooses to withdraw from a course after enrolling, no refunds or credits will be provided, regardless of the reason for withdrawal (including personal circumstances, job changes, relocation, or dissatisfaction with the course).
4. Missed Classes
- No refunds or make-up classes will be offered for any missed classes. Students are responsible for attending all scheduled classes and catching up on any missed work on their own.
5. Course Transfer
- If a student is unable to attend the course they registered for, they may request to transfer to another course of equal value, subject to seat availability and approval by the management. The request must be made before the course start date. No transfers will be allowed once the course has begun.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
- While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, no refunds will be issued in any situation, including medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other personal matters. Students are encouraged to contact us prior to enrolling to ensure they fully understand the course requirements and commitment.
7. Payment Plans
- If a student is on a payment plan and withdraws from the course, they are still responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in legal action or additional fees.
